Reggina 1-1 Lazio
By: Taib | October 2nd, 2007Another draw. I am sick of them now. It is just so frustrating. We rested some of our players against Reggina and we quickly fell behind. Reggina had plenty of opportunities to extend their lead but did not get it. Credit to the players and they came back but for all our possession play of 60% and 20 shots only two were on target. Shocking. And the one of the shots at target was from over 30 meters away and just so happenned to be our goal. Great strike from Kolarov who actually was disasterous in defence. The midfield was poor and the strikers did not do much except aim for the sky. We know this team can play much better. We really need to convert our chances more. It is so obvious. Chance after chance goes by and most of the time the strikers are isolated. They do not get enough support from the midfield. Rocchi also got injured so will be a big doubt for the game against Real Madrid. After that our next Serie A game will be against Milan who also have had a poor start.
